Funky Monkey Ice Cream Pie

I officially entered the 44th annual Pillsbury Bake-Off! I didn't make the caramel apple oatmeal crisp creation that I originally intended, instead I went for something more simplified and yet equally as delicious (at least I hope so!). I call it Funky Monkey Ice Cream Pie. I can't really go into detail about the recipe...just not sure if that's allowed, but I'm thinking the title makes it pretty self-explanatory, and from looking at the pictures, you can use your imagination for the rest. I won't hear anything about whether or not I was selected as a finalist until September, but I'll keep you posted! It would be highly unlikely, but regardless, I had fun trying!
